We connect customers who need tasks done with independent Taskers who can accept and complete those tasks.

Our services may include heavy lifting, queue standing, pickup and delivery, errands, Safe Ride Home, and other local services.

  • Address, task location, pickup location, and delivery location
  • Task details, photos, messages, ratings, and reviews
  • Payment, refund, payout, and transaction details

  • Identity documents, driving license, vehicle details, insurance details, or bank details from Taskers, where required

For Safe Ride Home or ride-related services, we may collect vehicle document details, insurance details, driving license details, and location information where necessary.

  • Connect Customers with Taskers
  • Process task bookings and service requests
  • Process payments, refunds, fees, and Tasker payouts

  • Verify users and Taskers

We may share necessary information between Customers and Taskers to complete a task, such as name, task details, location, instructions, and contact method.

  • Government or legal authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Location Information

TASKO may collect your location to provide task matching, pickup, delivery, Safe Ride Home, safety support, live tracking, and dispute review.

Location information may be used during active tasks to help Customers and Taskers complete the service safely and properly.

You can disable location permission from your device settings, but some features may not work properly.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

TASKO may collect transaction details, payment status, refund details, and payout details.

TASKO does not store sensitive card or payment authentication details unless legally permitted and required.

7. Messages, Photos, and Task Evidence

TASKO may collect and store messages, photos, task instructions, delivery proof, completion proof, complaints, and other task-related evidence.

We may use this information for customer support, safety, cancellation review, refund decisions, damage claims, and dispute resolution.
